Project Plant

Immerse yourself in my world of a healthy, natural lifestyle 🌿

I invite you to get inspired, discover new energy, and live more in harmony with yourself and with nature.

Healthy Packages - coming soon...

Since childhood, I have felt a deep connection with nature. Curious, I tried various plants, became interested in mushrooms and herbs, and walks in the forest were as natural to me as breathing. I loved walking barefoot, swimming in lakes and rivers, grounding myself, and drawing energy directly from the earth. Healthy, organic nutrition has always been important to me. For many years, I have not eaten meat (only occasionally fish), in order to care for both my body and our planet.

A life of health, activity, and harmony with nature has become my everyday life – I practice sports, go to the gym, spend a lot of time outdoors, supplement consciously, and focus on movement as well as regeneration.

I have completed a fitness and wellness course, taken courses in hypnosis, and attended herbal courses in Crailsheim.

Currently, I am training to become a herbal educator and continuously deepen my knowledge by participating in numerous courses and workshops. I focus intensively on the beneficial effects of plants on our health. Additionally, I regularly attend specialized seminars, including angel healing, Ayurveda, massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and other holistic approaches. These experiences not only expand my knowledge but also enrich my personal development and my work with others.

I want to inspire others to embrace a healthy lifestyle and show that nature gives us everything we need – often for free, during a simple walk. My dream is for everyone to make the most of nature’s abundance.

In the future, I plan to organize courses under the name “Project Plant,” combining sport, meditation, herbal medicine, as well as media and photography. We will learn to connect better with ourselves, discover what nature and its energy offer us, and integrate this natural sense of well-being into everyday life while improving our ability to handle stressful situations.

I firmly believe that the most valuable things are right in front of us – in the forest, in the meadow, in our breath, and in the movement that nourishes both body and mind.
